Builder’s Club Discount Terms and Conditions

Commercial Business customers with are eligible to participate in the Builder's Club Pricing Program. All participating customers must use an approved Southern Lumber Builders Club account to receive discounts and benefits under the Builder's Club Program. Builder's Club Pricing is intended to be the primary means of retail pricing for Southern Lumber Commercial Account Holders, and is not subject to further discounts or promotions. When retail promotions are held, Builder's Club members will receive the greater of the two discounts offered. Certain exclusions apply to select products.

** Builder's Club Pricing eligibility requires a Commercial Account in "good standing," as determined by Accounts Receivable policies. When approved by Accounting, the customer will be notified by our ProCom Salesperson and welcomed into the Builder's Club.  Builder's Club Service Pricing: Deliveries; with a minimum purchase of $250, we will provide up to a 50% discount on Local Delivery Service to Builder's Club members. Door Matching; Builder's Club members will receive a professional discount of 20% for all standard door match services. Special orders and volume pricing are subject to manager approval.
