At Southern Lumber Company we respect the privacy of our customers and those who provide personal information either while personally visiting our store or through the use of our website. The following Privacy Statement provides details about our policy regarding how your personal information is collected, used and protected. This privacy statement applies to the personal information which you may provide to Southern Lumber Company while shopping in our store, over the phone or through the email service network of Constant Contact who Southern Lumber uses to host its online email customer database.

Information Collection and Use: Southern Lumber Company is the sole owner of any personal information provided to it by you while shopping in our store or collected into the Southern Lumber online email customer database. We will not sell, share, or rent this personal information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

While in a Southern Lumber store, making store purchases, or online at or participating in co–branded promotions with our partners, you may be offered opportunities to register for promotional and informational mailings via email or USPS. These registration forms are routed through Southern Lumber to be collected and stored in a database hosted by and require users to give contact info. If requested, the contact information you provide will be used by us to send you information about our company, its products and services. At any time you may opt–out of receiving future emailings (see the choice/opt–out section below).

Sharing and Usage: We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their own promotional use. However, in order to market our products, we enter into contracts with third parties such as KFOX radio station in San Jose, California (for example, radio, concert or other event promotions).
